Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is successfully confirmed. We begin fulfilment only after your transaction is verified. This ensures every order leaves us accurately and securely.

Processing typically takes 1 business day, excluding Sundays and national public holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on a non-working day will be picked up the next available working day.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are specific to your delivery location and chosen courier partner. Timelines may vary based on where you are in India.

Standard: 5–7 Business Days (most pin codes across India)

Express: 2–4 Business Days (metro cities & select areas)

Exact timelines for your pin code will be visible before you place your order. These are estimates, while we strive to meet them, occasional delays caused by courier partners or external factors are beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you automatically, via email or SMS, depending on the details provided at checkout.

Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a dispatch confirmation with your tracking link.

If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, reach out to us.

Real-time tracking updates are provided by the courier partner, however, some delays in update frequency may occur.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If the package cannot be delivered on the second attempt, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping will be arranged upon request, and any applicable re-shipping fees will be communicated beforehand.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout to avoid missed attempts.

Delays & Damages

Once an order is dispatched, Quarter to Eight will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery-related issues, but delays caused by courier partners after dispatch are their responsibility.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Once proof of delivery is confirmed, Quarter to Eight is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages. These are the responsibility of the courier partner.

Any fulfilment-related concerns should be reported to us within 7 days of placing the order.

Order Modifications

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but modifications cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
