At Quarter2Eight, we make every effort to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in good condition. Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
However, in the rare case that you receive:
a wrong product, meaning the item delivered does not match your order confirmation, or
a product with a genuine quality or manufacturing defect,
We will re-fulfil your order after verification. The correct product will be delivered within 10 working days.
Please note that our pieces are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, or form are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning any item. Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For items valued above INR 1000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
